Digital Portfolio workshop workshops are Periods 1-7 in the back room of the library on Tuesday, 2/28. Teachers can sign up for the workshops here.
In the workshop, teachers will learn how to do the following:
- Direct students to add work to their existing Digital Portfolios
- How to use a Digital Portfolio like a student
- How to manage the Digital Portfolios for efficient work flow

AESOP Substitute System...Message from Ginny:
Reminder that on Wednesday, March 1st we will be up and running on our new Sub System, AESOP. You should have already received a letter that was placed in your mailbox last Friday with your user ID & pin.
Please take a moment to log in and check your information to be sure it's correct.
Also in this new system, you are able to choose your preferred subs and place them into your profile. This way when you enter a job because you are out sick for the day, the system will automatically call the subs on your "preferred list" before the system calls any other subs throughout the district. If all of your preferred subs are not available, only then will the job go out for others to fill.
Here are some easy steps to set up your favorite subs.
- Log in
- Choose (top tab) Account
- (On left side of page) choose Preferred Subs
- Click on (green tab) Add Substitute
- Begin typing in the subs last name, and the sub should automatically pop up
- Click on subs name and they will be added to your preferred sub list
Please remember to enter your start and ends times for your teaching assignment. This is important so substitutes know what times they teach.
If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call or stop by and see me. The new system seems to be very user friendly and I too am learning as I go.

The WEST HILLS COLOR FUN RUN is Sunday April 2nd @ 8:30am.
This is a fun event and takes place on the West Hills campus. Please join us for festivities, friends, FUN and COLOR COLOR COLOR.
