Thank you to ALL of our on and off campus Coaches! You put in countless hours with our student athletes, parents and community members to make sure our athletics programs are great places to compete and be active! We are grateful to each of you and please know we appreciate you! We would love to support you further by promoting you in all of our social media, on our marquee and in our bulletin notices. Just share the information with us (or ask a student or parent to do so) and we are happy, willing and able to do so. Congrats to Coach Ash and his entire program for the "Three Sweep" of Southwest High, El Centro! Freshman, J.V. and Varsity all played great and won! Go Wolf Pack!
Added: a second Assembly Day, Oct. 2 for Homecoming Carnival from Period 5B-Lunch.
All students got to class 5A and teachers teach 5A. Then everyone is released to Black Circle / Pit for extended lunch and Homecoming Carnival. (optional for teachers and staff).
August 27, Tuesday: Freshman Class election meeting: Any 9th grader wanting to run for Class Office should attend this lunch time meeting in ASB, C-1 (next to student store).
August 29, Thursday: Club Drive at lunch--Anyone wanting to have a student club on campus or recruit students to a club should attend in the black circle. All Clubs must have signed paperwork (get from Finance) and have a Faculty or Staff Adviser willing to work and supervise them during their meetings.
August 29, Thursday: ASB Blood Drive sign ups--student lunch, black circle. Staff may donate before or after school or during their prep period.

Being an adviser to a student club is a great way to support students and share an interest, a hobby or just be there for kids. All student clubs on campus have to complete ASB paperwork (available in Finance). If you are a Club Sponsor, please read the paperwork and be available to supervise students during their meetings typically held during student lunch. We are so grateful to any and all who agree to support students in this way!
A great THANK YOU to Librarian Suzanne Sannwald and Site Technologist Jovan Bessette for all of their dedication and hard work getting Chromebooks out to 435 Freshmen AND taking in Chromebooks that need "R and R" from summer!
