We are excited to announce a new community partnership with SDSU Graduate School of Nursing. Each Monday, a co-hort of Graduate Nurses with their professor, Renee Bertken, will be working collaboratively with Guidance and other departments to compliment our services with students. This will include restorative justice conversations, mental and emotional health support, availability to be guest speakers for a variety of topics and another way to add critical support services to our students without cost to West Hills. Still in the visioning and discussion stages involving many folks on campus, we wanted to let you know to please welcome them on Mondays if you see them on campus. We will be sending additional information via email as we work out the details.
Check out how you could fund a special project for your classroom!

News from the Classroom....
Ardy Riego and his CTE Sports Medicine students had a great time demonstrating their understanding of human anatomy using colored clay. Ardy attended a conference where this was just one of the many ideas for powerful teaching and learning for all students.
A staff member sent this to Admin and I say "Heck ya...let's see who's up for the challenge!" Maybe we have a talented student who wants to design our logo? Feel free to sign up and let me know if you are interested....this is a great way to celebrate the start of Spring Break! Go Wolf Pack!! Forward on to students and our community in any way you like! Bring the family!

We can be "Super Wolves"
And do something fun as a group
OK honestly here is where I fall short since waking up early on a Saturday morning is not really my idea of fun, but hanging out with a bunch of friends from work does, and doing something to promote how awesome our school is- even more awesome!
Someone design a "Super Wolf" logo
...submit to Ginny Bell by Wednesday, March 5. All submissions will be voted on by google survey.
